Fun and Durable I have this fun set in my infant/toddler classroom. The kids love them (and so do the teachers). The kids have a great time cranking them back and letting them zoom arond the room. (They travel over smooth and carpeted surfaces, unlike other toy vehicles.) This is one set of toys that don’t get put in the closet, they stay on the shelves all year round!

Great for little hands My son got these cars for his first Christmas when he was 6months old. He is now 18 months and still plays with these cars a lot. In fact, he and his older brother (4) have races with the cars. They are soft, durable and propel themselves. They are also just the right size – small enough to hold but big enough not to be a choking hazard. I have given these cars as gifts and would do so again in the future.

Great cars for toddlers! I bought these cars at Target about a year ago for my now 2 year old son. He loves them, he still plays with them now a year later. They’re large enough that they’re easy for little ones to play with and don’t pose a choking hazard. They’re easy to move and don’t make annoying sounds, a plus for parents! Overall a great toy, however, they are available at Target for about $15., I wouldn’t pay $30 plus shipping for them as they are listed here.

Pricey, but cool These aren’t your run of the mill cheap cars, but they are really fun. I gave them to my nephew for his 1st birthday and a few adults ended up racing them Worth the price.

Love these These are great little cars for all ages. My son is 9 months and his cousin who is 5 wants them too! You pull them back and off they go. My son just pushes on the back and they take off. Would recommend for all ages. Mom’s can take the wheels off and they can be washed in the washer!

Not quite like the old toy We purchased this toy becuase my husband had one when he was a toddler – about 51 years ago! While we still have that toy it has gone through many children’s hands and is not very playable for our own kids now. I thought a remake would be alike but it isn’t. The “grun-grun” sound is not the same and much of the toy is made from plastic instead of wood. The string is quite short so not practical for even my two year old to pull unless I add a longer string to it. Overall it is a cute dog and durable looking toy -but I wonder will it last as well as the 50+ year old original?

A GREAT copy of the original!!! I still have the original Snoopy in perfect working condition, sound and all. My 3 year old grand daughter plays with it and so did my 2 children many years ago. It has survived all these years and I want to save it as an “heirloom” so I purchased this dog to replace it. It is a wonderful duplicate. It seems very sturdy and makes a grrring noise. I had to add a thick piece of shoelace to lengthen the pull cord. It is also a few inches longer than the original but the body is the same. My grand daughter goes for this toy immediately when visiting and the Tiny Teddy with the Xylophone. She pulls the 2 together. (See my other rreview) It is a substantial size and was a few dollars cheaper than QVC when they had their Retro Toy show. No one else sells this. Stick with Amazon. These 2 toys are the best pull toys on the market and guaranteed to make any child happy.

ROADMAX Rocks We have purchased both the Roadmax tractor ( for our nephew) and the Roadmax garbage truck ( for our son) – they can’t be beat. Durable, well designed and just the right size. My son loves his as does his cousin. He can engage in imaginary play with his garbage truck in the living room and it can endure his full 40 pounds as he runs around the house. My son has his eyes on the big boy garbage trucks for next year. They looked great, and appear to do a bit more, but not meant to banged around so much. Brunder is a great company.

Roadmax tractor Most importantly this toy is not made in China…next most important factor was our grandson’s delight with this toy. It is now his favorite toy so Roadmax will get more business from us. Really well made product that will last years. Sometimes it pays to spend the extra $$$ on a superior product.

Adorable, until the batteries run out! Buyers, beware! This toy is hysterical … funny sounds, great waddles, and lots of fun. However, its batteries CANNOT be replaced, which means the toy is worthless in terms of sound once the batteries run out. This was a big disappointment for me, as TOMY typically makes really great toys. Also, watch how you store it in the toy box, as the red connectors are easily twisted, which prevents the ducks from following in a straight line.

If improvements were made, it would be a perfect toy! My sister bought this toy for our 14 month old son. He loves it, however some things about it drove us nuts! The first thing was the volume of the quacking. We opened up the duck and duct taped both the speaker and the hole that the sound came out of. First problems solved. Second, the ducks fall over very easily, making our son very upset. (yet another type of noise issue) We added oversized primary beads along the string which kept a heavier low center of gravity to the ducks as they are being pulled and kept the string from getting around the wheel axles. This eliminated much of the falling over, but not all of it. If Tomy would change the wheel width so the ducks wouldn’t be so unstable, and add a volume control to it so they weren’t so loud, this would be nearly a perfect toy!

Great Walker! We bought this walker for our daughter’s first birthday and she absolutely loves it. She plays with it all the time and is really proud of herself for learning to walk with it. She just beams when she is using it.

The solid wood construction makes it very durable. Its tip-proof design makes it safe too. My daughter can pull to a standing without the walker falling over. She even climbs on the front of it and it still does not tip.

Did I mention how cute it is too? Reminds me of those good old fashion wood toys but kicked up a notch. Can’t say enough good things about this walker. One of the best toy purchases we have made yet.

Great purchase, many different uses! We purchased this about a month ago, and are really enjoying it. My daughter is just 10 months old, and not quite walking yet. She very easily picked up how to walk while holding onto the wagon, and loves walking around the house. The wagon is cleverly designed so it is very hard (I’d say almost impossible for a child) to pull it over.
She also loves lifting and closing the lids and putting the blocks in and out of the compartments. The blocks are really cool too – I especially like the rubber number blocks.

Well made, cute toy My son isn’t old enough to walk and doesn’t get the concept of pulling a toy along, yet. However, this toy is really well made, simple in nature and really harks back to simplier times. Even if he never plays with it, it’s still a good toy, as it can be used as a child’s room decoration.

Sturdy and non toxic We purchased this item for our baby 2 be. Like the fact that it is well constructed and made with non toxic paints. Looks cute in the nursery as well…a great alternative to all of the plastic toys being made these days.
